Clothing Advice

Overalls, Gloves and Crash Helmets will be provided and must be worn.

The correct clothing is really important. The time of year will make a big difference to which clothes you choose.

  • Trainers are ideal for footwear.
  • Open toed footwear (sandals, flip-flops, bare foot) are not permitted.
  • Boots can be worn but may too rigid to allow good control of the foot pedals.

Wear casual clothing under the provided overalls. Clothing may become wet, muddy or dusty.

Layers are advised as it is easy to regulate your temperature. During the summer a T-shirt and a pair of tracksuits bottoms will be ideal. For the rest of the year a T-Shirt, sweat shirt / hoodie and a fleece combined with some tracksuit bottoms will be ideal.

Loose clothing / longhair will need to be fully contained within the provided overalls.

Food Hygiene regulations do not allow food to be served and consumed in an outdoor environment as there is no access to hand washing facilities. Unfortunately you cannot bring food with you and we do not serve food ourselves.

Bring along some soft drinks - the activity is busy and drivers may become thirsty.

If you need to feed your party you will need to go offsite after your karting session. We don't allow groups to stay on after a karting session to eat as our sessions run back to back and we need to ensure the next group in have a clear area to arrive to.
